While we all love a dress for its all in one appeal – I cannot go past my white Half Sleeve Tee and black Peg Pants for winter. I like simplicity, and classic black and white. If I throw on my tee and pants I can accessorise with shoes and jackets to suit all occasions. Heels and a bit of makeup is all that is needed for a night out, boots and my Tweed Destination Jacket for work, flats and my Venetian Cowl Wrap for running around in the weekend. The Peg Pants are a little different, but well tailored and are a great alternative from skinny’s or your classic wide leg.

I have worn my Destination Jacket with everything, it is such a great cut, nice and fitted, the perfect finishing touch… you will definitely get your money’s worth out of this piece!

Rosie is new to Wellington from Auckland, she is young, fresh and vibrant with an amazing eye for style. …and has already put together some stunning taylor looks. Rosie loves……

The silk shay dress is fantastic to wear on its own, it makes a statement and makes you feel great. Its perfect to throw a little Blazer over the top of, and some Integral Pants underneath (especially cool with the vapour colour pants)….you can get lots of wear out of it, don’t just save it for special occasions. I get just as much wear out of it with my long boots casually, as I do with my heels for a night out.

Gab is our fashion design grad from Massey University, and has been with taylor Wellington since opening…..she is a pro at tailoring and is the best girl to come and see for the perfect fitting outfit! Keep your eyes peeled as some of her own designs will start turning up in taylor soon..

Gabs pic’s……….The Integral Pant and Cable Moss Wrap are both great finishing pieces. We all know how easy it is to buy a piece that starts an outfit but with these pieces you can finish many outfits. The Integral Pants have a slight lustre about them which makes them incredibly easy to dress up. They can be worn with any top layer that goes past the hips or if you want to wear a short top pop it over a slightly longer layer -Like our taylor Camber Tunics – to get a great tiered effect. The Moss Wrap by Melbourne label – cable is a favourite of mine because it goes with every single piece of taylor I own! (which is basically my whole wardrobe). This piece looks great, pinned belted or worn upside down. Easy to make your own. The Helium Top doesn’t limit itself to just trousers or skirts. You can tuck it in and blouse it over a high waisted skirt or wide leg pants and belt. Alternatively put a slightly longer layer underneath and pop it over then leg pants.
