Channel Bolero worn over an Eclipse tunic and charcoal divided liman pants with Chie Mihara boots

To survive these frosty starts  to such beautiful sunny days you need to ensure you have layered your outfits, so you can peel these layers off as the midday sunshine appears and layer them up as the afternoon cools down before that cold dash home at the end of the day.

The Channel Bolero has been so valueable these last few weeks for doing this, place it over your soft georgette tunics like the Eclipse Tunic as shown or Sequel Tunic, and team with the skinny pants.  Either tuck the skinny pants into your winter boots or wear out over ankle boots. The Channel Bolero is made from 100% merino knit and has a soft lined front but still the soft knit back, so it fits like a soft cardigan and stretches as you move but with the lining and structure  through the front it can be worn as a jacket.

The length is the ideal proportion for over pants or skirts or to be layered over tunics or dresses. The big tucks that wrap around your arms give an interesting detail and a sense of individuality, while the soft knit nature of the bolero means a wool coat can easily be layered on top without feeling like you have too many layers on and can’t move.

These Bolero Jackets come in dark charcoal grey, a soft green shadow colourway and a dark blue grey steel, so they can add a touch of dark colour against your winter blacks and greys.
