Introducing The Shelter Second Circle, our designer archival fashion market. Second Circle is a curated event celebrating rare finds, one-off pieces and timeless design. The pop-up presents our community with the unique opportunity to recycle and breathe new life into your pre-loved designer clothing, shoes and accessories. Regulars and newcomers are invited to submit garments for sale from our stocked designers, past or present, in addition to items from comparable New Zealand and luxury brands.

So, clear the dust on your personal archives. Items can be dropped off at any Shelter or taylor stores around New Zealand or sent to our HQ location between March 2nd - April 28th 2026 with a filled-out consignment form you can access here.

The Shelter is now accepting items for The Second Circle. Together, regulars and newcomers are invited to submit garments for sale from our stocked designers, past of present, in addition to items from designer New Zealand and international brands. Think Kate Sylvester, Wynn Hamlyn, Ruby, Trelise Cooper and Karen Walker to Prada, Dries van Noten, Rick Owens and more. Brands aren't restricted to the ones under The Shelter's roof. The only no-go? Fast fashion won't be accepted.

Consignors have two options for payment on item/s:

• 50% of value in form taylor / The Shelter voucher to spend on their next purchase. (after GST)
• 40% of value as cash back (after GST)

Consignment is open to everyone in New Zealand and Australia. Bring your items to your closest taylor or Shelter store (see locations here), or it you aren't near a store or live in Australia, courier your items to our HQ to take part. you will be contacted by our team on secondcircle@theshelter.com.
