5 REASONS TO SHOP ONLINE


We know things can be a little confusing at this time, so if you are not familiar with online shopping, what better time to give you a little run down on our super easy guide to show you how you can easily get some new taylor goodness while you are at home self-isolating this month!

SHOP SECURELY - All of our online orders are placed securely on our website so you can shop rest-assured. We also have a range of payment options for you such as Credit Card, Paypal and Laybuy. If you would prefer to shop over the phone, you can always phone us to put through your order.


SO HOW DO I SHOP ONLINE...

STEP 1: Browse the website and find the pieces you like and want to try. Start by going through our categories at the top of the page. You can narrow it down by categories i.e. top, pants etc or you can view the full AW20 collection by selecting 'New Collection'. Then you can click on any picture to see more info on that garment.



STEP 2: Click on the items you like and it will open up that garment.



STEP 3: Then select your size and click 'add to cart'.



STEP 4: Once you have found all of the garments you are interested in and added them to your cart, select 'go to checkout'. Or click the little Shopping Cart image on the top right corner if this side panel is not showing for you.



STEP 5: If you have an account with us please login at the top right hand corner so you can see all your online orders, or alternatively you can checkout as a guest. Fill out all your delivery details and select shipping or click and collect (to pick up from a store). Please note over this time, click and collect orders will only be able to be collect from our stores when we are in Alert Level 2.



STEP 6: If you have a gift card you would like to use, enter the gift card number here - otherwise select your payment option and then enter your payment details by following the prompts given.



STEP 7: Review all your details entered above and then click 'place your order securely'. Wait until you are taken to an order confirmed page.


STEP 8: Keep your eye out for a tracking email and for the parcel to arrive at your selected address! When it arrives please try on all your items within 3 days and if any of them are not quite right for you, please contact online@taylorboutique.co.nz following our returns policy here - https://www.taylorboutique.co.nz/returns
